The Consultative Council for Industrial Stability is set up in May 2012  with the initiative of the Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism and representatives from the associations of enterprises in major industries, exports and large energy consumers.

The main topics that will be discussed in the Consultative Council are connected with: new industrial policy, sustainable development of the energy infrastructure, incentives to promote energy efficiency, increasing energy competitiveness. The Consultative Council will also work on the removal of administrative and regulatory barriers to the business.

The sittings of the Council will be held every last Thursday of the month.

The Investment Directirate of the Ministry is intrusted with a duty to be a Secretariate of the Council.
